Week 5: Bean Chilli

All my life I have eaten Chilli Con Carne (i.e. with meat).  So a Chilli Sin Carne (you've guessed it) just didn't seem right.

That's utter rubbish.  Chilli Sin Carne is tasty, quick, simple and healthy.  The only downside I am aware of is the effect that that volume of beans can have.  I took the leftovers to work the following day and my colleagues had to put an exclusion zone around me in the afternoon as I turned green!


A simple Bean Chilli recipe can be found here, but that is really a base for you to try out different ingredients and spices.  Go crazy!
